I have the pleasure of managing Joshua as a Senior Art Director at Latcha+Associates. He is a valued member of the Audi team where he led several After Sales programs and initiatives.
As a remote employee, Joshua's organization, flexibility and responsiveness have helped make the working arrangement seamless. Even with over 100 miles between us, Joshua is always readily available and eager to help. And when necessary, Joshua is always open to making the trek to join us in-person.
A diligent and resourceful designer, Joshua is able to take ideas and "run with them." He welcomes direction, is open to constructive feedback and is not only a great collaborator but strong at working independently as well. He is organized, easy-going, has a positive and agreeable attitude and many of his teammates have commented how it is a pleasure to work with him. I couldn't agree more.

What is there to say about Joshua Morton other than he makes being a manager easy. Because he delivers excellent design with though-out concepts every time. There is no hand holding needed with Joshua, you know exactly what you’re going to get, an excellent project done to a tee. Clients and account folks alike look to Joshua to deliver and he does time and time again. And he did all of this remotely, which was never an issue. Never hard to reach and he held himself accountable. He never had a missed deadline. And, he would also come in periodically for meetings and client presentations without hesitation. He’d be an asset in any organization.

Josh is a great co-worker, and all around great guy. He's highly motivated, and eager to produce great work. Josh excels at coming up with "out of the box" ideas and interesting ways to execute them. He would be an asset on any team.

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Team Detroit. He has a professional attitude but is also approachable and personable. He is amazing when it comes to print and finding fun AND functional solutions. This guy is going places!
Kiley Vroom | Senior Art Director at Campbell Ewald
Joshua came to Team Detroit as an intern. We hired him, in part, because of his passion for design, demonstrated by the fact that he had walked away from a well-paying career to put himself through art school. At Team Detroit, Joshua quickly proved that he's not just passionate, he's talented. More importantly, he is completely reliable: he completes work on time, gets it right, and is one of those people with the personality and personal skills to get along with everybody. Perhaps most impressive was Joshua's attitude - he continually asked for more work, or offered to help out with other projects. I enthusiastically recommend Joshua as a skilled and conscientious art director.
